CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange or refund. All sale of clearance items are final.
For Products That Are Damaged or Have Defects
Please take photos as listed below and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or bring the faulty product back to the store for us to have a look.
Types of Photos Needed:
- Full photo of the parcel.
- Photo of the damaged areas of the parcel (outside and inside the parcel).
- Photo of the damaged product.
For Product Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed within the period of 7 days from the date of purchase printed on the Invoice/Receipt. You can exchange your item for other products in our store, or for a credit note of the same value (excluding shipping fees if any). This credit note can be used for any purchase in our store.
No request for cash refunds will be entertained.
The product must be unopened and in the same condition it was received when returned to us. We do not accept any opened liquid items (such as carrier oils and fragrance oils) for hygiene purposes.
For Bulk/Custom Orders
We do not provide any refunds or accept any returns for bulk/custom ordered items as they have been specially packed for you. Before placing custom orders or purchasing bulk items, it is always recommended that you try our smaller retail packs first to see if the product suits you.
**For Fragrance Oils, Essential Oils and Candle Scents, kindly note that scent will change over time due to oxidation.
Any shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
If your bulk/custom order is too large and cannot be packed in one box, additional shipping and handling charges will apply for the additional boxes.
