The naked scent
Scent is a feel-good ingredient that serves no purpose to the skin unless that scent is naturally derived from natural plant oils. Often, scents are made from synthetic chemicals. While we may enjoy the aroma, our skin and our environment can do without it.
Yein&Young believes in empowering the user to choose unscented to reduce irritations and toxic loading.
And because Yein&Young range comes unscented, you can blend your own aroma using pure essential oils. These oils provide greater therapeutic benefits. Our special formulation also helps retain essential oils better and longer.
Blending instructions
1L castile soap - blend in 10ml essential oil
230ml castile soap - blend in 2ml essential oil or 40 drops
Add in essential oil and shake the bottle to mix
Blending recommendation:
Lavender essential oil for a calming and soothing bath time
Lemon essential oil for a energetic and disinfecting wash
Peppermint essential oil for a refreshing and cooling sensation
Lemongrass essential oil for a spa-like experience

Delivery Days
To get the items quickly to you, we will process online orders within 1-2 working days. For Peninsular Malaysia, you should receive your parcel within 2-5 working days and East Malaysia, within 5-14 working days. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

Urgent Order
While we would love to accommodate all urgent orders to you as soon as possible, it would be safer for you to allow a window frame of 3 to 7 days for delivery within Malaysia in case of any delays during delivery.
International Deliveries

We use a variety of shipping partners . You’ll be informed of the courier service handling your order and the respective tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send out.
If you would like to arrange a private pick up under your own freight account, please feel free to let us know the details.
Damages
If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage. Be careful of broken glass when unboxing.
If your items are damaged or broken do contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us photos of the damaged items so that we can take the claims up with our shipping partner. Upon receiving your photos, we will arrange a reverse pick up if required. We will then resend you a new set of items.
Delivery Delays
Slight delays may happen due to public holidays and festive seasons. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.Holiday Slowdown
While we are open during some public holidays, our courier partners may not be. Hence, you may get a response from us because we work really hard to get your materials out to you. However, the parcels will not be picked up until after the holidays. Again your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.Change of address
Once an order has been sent out, we cannot change the mailing address. So please check your mailing address and ensure it is correct and made to the location you desire.Parcel protection

Unfortunately once the materials have been sent out, we will not entertain any returns or change of products due to wrong product ordered or change of mind. So please do check your orders to make sure everything is what you need before making payment.Prohibited items
For our customers in Sabah and Sarawak, we are unable to deliver any item that is contained in an aerosol. Do check the dangerous goods or hazardous goods list before making your order.Singapore Orders
